Welcome to Mighty Maids LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our cleaning services and website. By booking or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Mighty Maids LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Destin, Florida and surrounding areas. The specific scope of services will be agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline service to any customer at our discretion.

Appointments are confirmed via phone, email, or our online contact form. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred schedule. Arrival times may vary by up to 60 minutes due to traffic or preceding job duration. We will notify you if we anticipate significant delays.
Quotes provided are estimates based on information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition or size of the property differs significantly from what was described. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as indicated.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing if:
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in termination of recurring service agreements.
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled cleaning day. If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time due to circumstances within your control (e.g., no key, locked gate, pets blocking entry), a lockout fee may apply or the appointment may be rescheduled.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the unsatisfactory area at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to recurring issues caused by inadequate property maintenance.
Our team handles your property with care. In the event of accidental damage caused by our staff during service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will evaluate the claim and work toward a fair resolution. We are not responsible for damage to items that are fragile, improperly secured, or not disclosed prior to service. Pre-existing damage discovered during cleaning will be reported to you.
Mighty Maids LLC maintains general liability insurance to cover accidental damage caused by our employees during service. Our staff are bonded and background-checked. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Our team reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in conditions that pose a health or safety risk, including but not limited to: presence of pests, biohazards, extreme hoarding conditions, or aggressive animals. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and may charge for time already spent on-site.
Please notify us in advance if you have pets. We love animals, but we ask that pets be secured in a safe area during cleaning to protect both the pet and our cleaning staff. We are not responsible for pet escape during service if you have not taken appropriate precautions.
Recurring service agreements may be terminated by either party with at least 7 days' written notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for recurring clients with reasonable advance notice. Pricing locks for recurring clients are valid for the agreed period and may be reviewed annually.
Clients agree not to directly hire or solicit any Mighty Maids staff member for private cleaning services during the duration of service and for 12 months following the last service date. Violation of this term may result in a referral fee equivalent to 6 months of standard service rates.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mighty Maids LLC's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific cleaning service in dispute. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Okaloosa County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
